Drawing on over 20 years of experience in the Outsourcing Industry, we founded CountHQ in September 2019.
As the use of outsourcing and offshore staffing solutions for Accountants, Financial Planners, Mortgage Brokers and Businesses continued to grow, we saw an opportunity to offer a different level of service in the industry.
In traditional models, we believe the hiring risk; staff turnover risk and training burden is (unfairly) purely on the end client.
We believe in a relationship with our clients where we view the implementation and outcome of each project, as a shared responsibility.

Delivery Models

Ad-Hoc, Per Deal

We offer a ‘per deal’ introductory model. With pre and post settlement activities from $160 plus GST per loan

Part-Time or Full-Time Dedicated Staff

We offer fully trained PTE or FTE team members, with a dedicated Technical Account Manager and Customer Success Manager responsible for outcomes
Part-Time: $1,500 plus GST per month
Full-Time: $2,900 plus GST per month
