From the Directors
Drawing on over 20 years of experience in the Outsourcing Industry, we founded CountHQ
in September 2019.As the use of outsourcing and offshore staffing solutions for Accountants, Financial
Planners, Mortgage Brokers and Businesses continued to grow, we saw an opportunity to
offer a different level of service in the industry.In traditional models, we believe the hiring risk; staff turnover risk and training burden is
(unfairly) purely on the end client.We believe in a relationship with our clients where we view the implementation and
outcome of each project, as a shared responsibility.We passionately believe in our Managed Resource Model, which hinges on providing
offshore staff in a shared responsibility environment where outcomes are front of mind.

Ad-Hoc, Per Deal
We offer a ‘per deal’ introductory model. With pre and post
settlement activities from $160 plus GST per loan
Part-Time or Full-Time Dedicated Staff
We offer fully trained PTE or FTE team members, with a dedicated
Technical Account Manager and Customer Success Manager
responsible for outcomesPart-Time: $1,500 plus GST per monthFull-Time: $2,900 plus GST per month

Introductory Call
- We'll discuss the types of services you may need assistance with.
- We'll discuss your tech stack.
- We'll explore whether CountHQ may be a good fit with your firm.

Workflow Call
- We'll look at the core tasks in more detail, and include a relevant Division Head from our team.
- We'll discuss volumes and expectations.

Proposal
- We'll propose a solution after reviewing our capacity against the core tasks identified during the Introductory and Workflow calls.
- Our proposal will include an implementation plan and timeline.
04
Rolling Implementation Calls
- We'll set up recurring calls with relevant Division heads to ensure a streamlined, outcome-focused onboarding.
