OBJECTIVES
Our client engaged us in 2018, after seeing a marketing campaign of ours. The intention was to reduce costs in their finance function after a key stakeholder went on maternity leave, and the replacement didn’t work out due to a difficulty in understanding NetSuite.
THE SOLUTION
We implemented a 1.5 FTE solution to maintain and manage their Finance Function in NetSuite. This role reported directly into the CEO, and worked with other key internal stakeholders across the Finance Function.
