OBJECTIVES
We were engaged by the Group CFO and Founder to support the companies rapid growth and future scale plans. The client needed a reliable, scalable provider to manage the Accounts Payable function, and support their internal Payroll department.
THE SOLUTION
We commenced implementation with 2 FTE’s, working closely with the Finance Manager to create processes around supplier bill entry and inventory management.CountHQ currently manages a team of 6.5 FTE’s, supporting further expansion of the client.
