Our client was referred to us by their Accountant, after repetitive staff turnover in their accounts function was leading to inefficiencies in reporting, and sunk costs.
THE SOLUTION
We implemented a full resource solution, whereby we allocated a Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) team member to the client. We included a Technical Account Manager to remove the staff turnover and leave risk.
